We are a vintage fashion research archive.
Based in London
Curated research, pulling from an archive of over 30,000 pieces.
Founded in 2016 by creative consultants Dean Thomas and Cristina Rivadulla-Rey, the 18.01LONDON archive consists of an evolving, hand-curated collection of rare and directional garments, textiles, accessories, and objects from across the globe. It spans decades, techniques, and cultures, providing design teams with tactile, visual, and historical inspiration that fuels future collections.
Available to hire to industry professionals.
By Appointment only.
We are a fashion archive that partners with the world’s leading fashion houses, offering curated research and design inspiration across womenswear, menswear, knitwear, accessories, textiles, and surface innovation. 18.01LONDON exists to elevate narrative and nuance in every collection. We believe that walking into the archive should feel like an immersive experience. Like a 3d version of your moodboard, so we hand curate the archive space for each appointment. This ensures each experience is unique.

We recently collaborated with Beyond Noise for their Oracle series, capturing the essence of our vintage archive through a video and photo shoot.
Founders Dean & Cristina delved into our journey, sharing how the archive has blossomed to house over 30,000 pieces.
